All prospective families need to fill out an Admissions Inquiry form. After an Inquiry form is submitted, the school will contact you to answer any questions and set up a tour.

After receiving the Admissions Inquiry, the Academy will schedule a tour for the prospective student and their parents.

After the tour, families interested in applying to the Academy will need to fill out an Admission Application which is found on our school website under “Apply”.  The Admission Application is completed and submitted through TADS with a non-refundable application-testing fee of $100.00 per student. All payments go through TADS. No payments are accepted through the school office.* The Admission Application must be submitted prior to the Admission Assessment and Family Interview.

Every prospective family will meet with the Executive Committee to discuss Kingswood Academy’s mission as well as academic goals and educational philosophies.

Once the Application Form has been submitted and the family Interview has been conducted, the Admission Assessment can be scheduled. This assessment is administered directly by the Executive Committee.

The prospective family will meet with administration to review the Admission Assessment Results as well as recommended placement for the prospective student(s).

You will be notified by email of your acceptance or denial to the Academy.

If accepted to the Academy, an Enrollment Contract will be sent through TADS and will need to be completed by the date indicated on the acceptance letter.

Once the admission process is completed and your student(s) is/are accepted, please download the necessary forms and submit them to the Kingswood Academy administrative office no later than one day prior to the first day of school.
